What you'll do
- Read requirements and turn them into clear test cases and checklists.
- Test ERPNext workflows end to end: sales, purchase, stock and accounts.
- Test web and mobile applications across browsers and screen sizes.
- Log bugs with clear steps to reproduce, screenshots and expected results.
- Re-test fixes, and run regression checks before each release.
- Test APIs with tools like Postman.
- Learn the basics of test automation alongside the team.
What you'll bring
- A completed degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- A basic understanding of the software development and testing life cycles (SDLC and STLC).
- A sharp eye for detail: you notice when something is slightly off.
- Clear written English, because a bug report is only useful if someone else can follow it.
- Nice to have: basic SQL, HTML or any programming language, or a testing course you've completed.
What you'll take away
- Six months of hands-on testing on live client software, not practice projects.
- Experience with the tools working QA teams use: test cases, bug trackers, Postman and automation basics.
- Mentoring from engineers who ship software every week.
- A working knowledge of ERPNext, the business software we specialise in.
- An internship certificate when you complete the six months.
- Strong performers may be considered for a full-time role.
