This Privacy Policy explains how Acube Innovations Pvt Ltd ("Acube Innovations," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and safeguards your information when you use our website, our online calculators and tools, and our web and mobile applications.
We operate in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them. Where you access our website from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we also handle your data in line with the GDPR and UK GDPR.

Some pages on this website — such as our ERP cost calculator — produce a result from information you enter. This section explains exactly what happens to that information.
What we store. When you use one of these tools, the answers you enter, the result produced and the time it was produced are sent to our server and saved. This is how the tool works: the calculation runs on our server, not in your browser.
You do not need an account. These tools are open to use without registering or giving us your name or email. If you use a tool without identifying yourself, what we hold is your answers and the result, linked only to a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser (see section 4) — not to you by name.
A reference number. Each result is given a short reference (for example Q-7K3M2) shown on screen. If you quote that reference when you call, message or email us, we can look up the result you were given so we can discuss it accurately.
If you choose to identify yourself. If you ask us to email you a copy of your result, sign in to save it, or contact us about it, we will link the details you give us — such as your name, email address, phone number and company — to the results produced from your browser, including results produced before you identified yourself. We do this so that our team can respond to you with the context you have already provided, rather than asking you to repeat it.
Estimates are indicative. Any figure produced by our tools is an indication based on the information you enter. It is not a quotation, an offer, or a commitment on price, and no decision affecting you is made automatically on the basis of it. A firm price is only ever given after a scoping discussion with our team.
Why we are allowed to do this. We process this information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and in our legitimate interest to respond to enquiries and improve our services. Where we send you marketing, we do so on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. Your information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver our services — such as our website hosting, database and analytics providers — with legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, and with third parties involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets. Any such partners are required to protect your data. Some of these providers operate outside India; where data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described in this policy.
Our mobile apps may request access to your camera, location, storage and push notifications. You can manage these permissions in your device settings; disabling some may limit app functionality.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data. While we work hard to protect your information, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, or as required to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18, and our calculators are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request its deletion, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable form, and withdraw consent where our use is based on consent. You also have the right to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity, as provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, the date at the top will be revised, and material changes will be reflected here.
