By accessing or using any applications, websites or services (the "Services") provided by Acube Innovations Pvt Ltd ("Acube Innovations," "we," "us" or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our Services.
any text, graphics, images, software, audio, video, information or other materials.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose, violate intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malware, disrupt the Services, collect user information without consent, or impersonate any person or entity.
You must comply with all applicable third-party app-store terms, which are incorporated by reference. Our apps may request access to device features such as camera, location and storage; you can control these in your device settings, and denying them may limit functionality.
All rights, title and interest in the Services are owned by Acube Innovations or its licensors, and our trademarks and logos are protected by law. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, modify and display it for the purpose of providing the Services, and you represent that you have all necessary rights to it.
Some Services may require fees as set out in the relevant order or agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law (see our Refund Policy). You agree to provide current billing information and authorise us to charge your designated payment method. Subscription services renew as stated at purchase unless cancelled. Applicable taxes, including GST, are your responsibility.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly agreed in a signed contract. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acube Innovations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acube Innovations and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Provisions that should survive termination will do so, and your right to use the Services will cease.
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users, and continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
