We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labour disputes, utility or internet failures and government actions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
