What you'll own
- Lead and execute ERPNext customisation, module development and integrations.
- Design and implement custom apps, Doctypes, workflows, reports and dashboards in Frappe.
- Translate client needs into solutions that are performant, scalable and maintainable.
- Integrate ERPNext with external systems via REST APIs, webhooks and third-party services.
- Lead requirement analysis, architecture planning and solution design.
- Oversee data migration, deployment and environment setup (dev, staging, production).
- Collaborate with project managers and functional consultants on scope and timelines.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control and deployment best practices.
What you'll bring
- 4+ years of proven ERPNext / Frappe Framework development.
- Strong command of Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL and Jinja templating.
- Expertise in ERPNext architecture — hooks, API design and backend logic.
- Hands-on custom app development, data migration and system deployment.
- Deep understanding of ERPNext functional areas — Accounting, HR, Payroll, CRM, Projects, Manufacturing and Inventory.
- Experience with bench, Git version control and Linux server environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps workflows, scheduling and backup management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
- Preferred: experience integrating ERPNext with mobile apps, third-party APIs or payment gateways.
