Lead and execute ERPNext customisation, module development and integrations.
Design and implement custom apps, Doctypes, workflows, reports and dashboards in Frappe.
Translate client needs into solutions that are performant, scalable and maintainable.
Integrate ERPNext with external systems via REST APIs, webhooks and third-party services.
Lead requirement analysis, architecture planning and solution design.
Oversee data migration, deployment and environment setup (dev, staging, production).
Collaborate with project managers and functional consultants on scope and timelines.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control and deployment best practices.
4+ years of proven ERPNext / Frappe Framework development.
Strong command of Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL and Jinja templating.
Expertise in ERPNext architecture — hooks, API design and backend logic.
Hands-on custom app development, data migration and system deployment.
Deep understanding of ERPNext functional areas — Accounting, HR, Payroll, CRM, Projects, Manufacturing and Inventory.
Experience with bench, Git version control and Linux server environments.
Familiarity with DevOps workflows, scheduling and backup management.
Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
experience integrating ERPNext with mobile apps, third-party APIs or payment gateways.
