A delegation lands at Djibouti–Ambouli. The change at the desk is the one that matters most. An officer no longer has to decide whether a document looks genuine — a scan answers it, in seconds, with no login and no phone call. Behind that, every approval that produced the visa is timestamped, attributable and auditable.
We designed the process before we configured the software. Government visa issuance has real constraints — separation of duties between missions and ministries, data that verifiers must not see, audit obligations that outlive any single official — and those had to shape the workflow first. Only then did ERPNext get customised around it.
