MobyToken set out to fix the waiting room. It had the idea and no development team — so Acube's developers joined it and helped take the product to launch.

Anyone who has waited at a clinic knows the problem. You take a paper token, sit down, and have no idea how long it will be. The counter calls numbers out loud; the waiting room fills up; people leave and come back and miss their turn. A queue management product can fix all of that — but it needs a team to build it.
That was the position at MobyToken, a queue and token management start-up in Kerala, building a product with live queue status and a display screen and counter app for calling the next number. MobyToken had no in-house development team.
Acube provided three or more developers who worked as part of MobyToken's team, in Flutter, React / Angular and Node / Python / Java. The product launched, and the work became a long-term partnership that ran for several years, starting before 2019.

MobyToken's product was clear. The team to build it wasn't there.
The cost of staying as-is: a start-up without developers has a plan, not a product — and the longer it takes to hire, the longer it waits to launch.
Acube didn't take the product away and hand it back. Its developers became part of MobyToken's team.

MobyToken didn't give us a measured figure, so we are not quoting one. Two outcomes:
MobyToken went to market.
The engagement ran for several years.
A queue-management product has several moving parts that must agree in real time: the live queue status a customer sees, the counter app staff use to call the next number, and the display screen in the waiting room. Building them takes mobile, web and back-end skills at once. A team that covers Flutter, React / Angular and Node / Python / Java could work on all of them together, rather than waiting on separate hires.
Because the developers worked as part of MobyToken's team, the founders kept control of the product while gaining the engineers to build it. And the engagement lasted several years — from build through launch and beyond. Acube has been in business since 2011, and 70% of our work comes by referral.
Developers who join your team, as MobyToken's did, make sense when:
You're a start-up with a product to build and no engineering team.
Your product spans mobile apps, web screens and a back end.
while someone else supplies the engineers.
Hiring would delay your launch.
, not a one-off build.
If that's where you are, start with the product's moving parts. They tell us the skills and the team size.
See what it would cost — Answer a few plain questions about how you work, and see a real figure.
