Nothing matched, so a new Issue is made from the mail.

Issue: subject goes to subject, sender to raised_by.
Yes. Choose GMail as the service and ERPNext fills in the servers. Sign in with an App Password or with OAuth through a Connected App; Google no longer accepts the normal password.
Yes, but it is not in ERPNext’s preset list, so the servers are typed in, and it needs OAuth through a Connected App because Microsoft 365 no longer accepts plain passwords for IMAP.
Yes, for outgoing mail. The login is the word “apikey” and the password is your SendGrid API key. Incoming mail needs another account.
Set Append To to Issue on the receiving Email Account. A new mail that matches nothing becomes a new Issue; replies and mails naming the ticket are added to it.
ERPNext could not match it: it was not a reply to a mail ERPNext sent, the subject did not carry the ticket’s name, and the subject or sender did not match a ticket from the last 60 days.
We connect your mailboxes, set up OAuth for Google or Microsoft, and route support and sales mail to the right records. Talk to a consultant.
