Press ? (Shift + /) on any page and ERPNext lists its shortcuts.

Yes. ERPNext treats ⌘ the same as Ctrl, so ⌘S saves and ⌘K opens the Awesomebar.

Ctrl + ↓ adds a row below, Ctrl + ↑ a row above, and Shift + Alt + ↓ duplicates the current row.

Ctrl + K (or ⌘K) opens it: type a document type, a document name or a report to jump straight there.
