In business since 2011 · 200+ clients
Most training programs teach you syntax and leave you to figure out the job. This one is built the other way round. Over 12 weeks you learn ERPNext and applied AI the way we actually use them on live deliveries — for clients like Kochi Metro (KMRL), KSRTC and Indus Motor — and you leave with a portfolio, a capstone project and a certification you actually earned, not a certificate of attendance.
Acube Innovations has been an Official ERPNext Partner since 2011, building ERP, web, mobile, cloud and AI solutions for 200+ clients across India and overseas. The ERPNext + AI Technologies Bootcamp is how we pass that hands-on experience on to the next set of engineers — and grow the talent our own industry is short of.

Every module is led by senior engineers and functional consultants who deliver ERPNext and AI for real clients — you learn the decisions, not just the features.
You work on scenarios drawn from live Acube implementations across finance, inventory, manufacturing, HR and more.
4 weeks online to build your foundation from anywhere, then 8 weeks on-campus in Kochi for the deep, hands-on work that only happens in a room together.
You don't just learn machine learning in the abstract — you apply it to ERP data: demand forecasting, document intelligence, procurement and predictive maintenance.
You finish with a capstone project, working code you can show, and a completion certification from an Official ERPNext Partner.

What ERP is and why it matters, where ERPNext fits against SAP, Oracle and Dynamics, and how real business processes map to the system — grounded in Acube client case studies.
The stack — the Frappe Framework with a Python backend and a JavaScript (Vue-based) frontend — plus installation, the database layer (MariaDB), the Git workflow, and getting a working local instance running.
Accounting & finance (chart of accounts, invoicing, payments, GST and e-invoicing, multi-company), inventory & warehouse (item master, valuation, batch/serial, reconciliation), and HR & payroll basics (structure, attendance, salary, and India statutory context — PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
Manufacturing (BOM, work orders, job cards, quality), purchasing & vendors (RFQ to receipt, supplier evaluation), and sales & CRM (lead to invoice, analytics).
DocTypes and custom fields, workflows and state management, Client Script and Server Script automation, role-based access, and Report Builder.
The fundamentals for business problems — supervised vs unsupervised learning, Python for data science (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn), data preparation, and model evaluation — ending with a first model (demand forecasting).
Extracting ERP data for AI and building your first predictive features — forecasting, anomaly checks and recommendations — on real ERP data.
A working local ERPNext instance, custom DocTypes with live workflows, one ML model trained and integrated, and an online assessment.
Deeper Frappe — class structure and inheritance, the REST API, hooks and extensions, and building and packaging your own custom Frappe apps. Plus advanced workflows (complex approvals, notifications, webhooks, background and scheduled jobs) and data synchronisation with external systems.
Deep learning and NLP (TensorFlow/PyTorch, text classification, chatbots), then Generative AI & LLMs — prompt engineering, in-context learning vs fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLM frameworks — building an AI assistant for ERPNext. Responsible AI runs throughout: bias, explainability, privacy and monitoring.
Four applied builds: a demand-forecasting system, a smart procurement assistant, document intelligence (invoice/PO extraction and three-way match), and manufacturing optimisation (quality and predictive maintenance).
Front-end dashboards on the ERPNext API (React or Vue), real-time visualisation, and building mobile apps with Flutter — offline support, notifications and mobile-first workflows.
Cloud deployment, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, backups, performance, monitoring — and security and compliance done properly.
Implementation methodology, requirement analysis, client communication, estimation and a mock-client pitch — the skills that turn a good developer into a trusted consultant.
a custom module with an intelligent feature that solves a real business problem.
an end-to-end build for a specific industry, from requirements to deployment plan.
automate a complex workflow with AI to cut effort and errors.
a Flutter app on an ERPNext backend for a mobile-first use case.
a full implementation proposal for a real or mock client, including analysis, design, roadmap and estimation.
Practical, job-ready command of ERPNext and the Frappe Framework
Applied AI/ML and Generative AI skills grounded in real ERP data

Everything you'll use is free and open source: ERPNext, Python 3.10+, VS Code or PyCharm, Git & GitHub, Docker, and the Frappe Bench CLI — supported by Acube's own learning platform and the official Frappe and ERPNext documentation. You'll need a laptop with 8GB RAM (16GB recommended), ~50GB free disk, and a stable connection for the online phase.

The eight on-campus weeks are in Kochi (Cochin) — Kerala's coastal tech hub and one of India's most liveable, characterful cities. When you close the laptop, this is what's on your doorstep.

The postcard of the city — giant cantilevered nets, first set up centuries ago, still dipping into the water at sunset. The Fort Kochi seafront around them is the classic evening stroll.

Colonial-era lanes of Portuguese, Dutch and British buildings — now cafés, art galleries and street-art walls. Home to the Kochi-Muziris Biennale, India's biggest contemporary art show.

A network of palm-lined canals and lakes you can cruise on a traditional kettuvallam houseboat. A weekend on the water — right on the city's doorstep — is a Kerala rite of passage.

Ernakulam's breezy promenade along the backwaters, with the modern city skyline rising over the water. Ferries, food stalls and sunset views — the everyday side of Kochi life.

The old spice-trade quarter — fragrant wholesale markets, the Dutch (Mattancherry) Palace with its murals, the Paradesi Synagogue, and lanes full of antique and craft shops.

Kochi is one of the best places to see Kathakali — Kerala's centuries-old classical dance-drama, all green makeup, elaborate costumes and storytelling. Evening shows run right in Fort Kochi.
It's built for B.Tech, M.Tech and M.Sc graduates in Computer Science, IT and related fields, post-graduates in technology, and working IT professionals who want to specialise in ERPNext and AI. You need solid Python and JavaScript fundamentals; prior ERP experience isn't required.
Twelve weeks in total — four weeks online to build your foundation, followed by eight weeks on-campus in Kochi for intensive, project-based work, including a two-week capstone in weeks 11–12.
Both. The first four weeks are online so you can start from anywhere; the remaining eight weeks are on-campus at our Kochi offices, where the hands-on labs and mentoring happen.
No. You need strong programming fundamentals and curiosity — the program teaches ERPNext, Frappe and applied AI from the ground up.
A capstone project and portfolio, working code you can show employers, and a completion certification from Acube Innovations, an Official ERPNext Partner.
Fees and batch dates vary — email info@acube.co or call +91 62358 66111 and we'll share the current schedule and details.
