Every office lobby, factory gate and school entrance has the same job: know who came in, who they came to see and when they left. On paper, that is a logbook nobody can search and a host who finds out their guest has arrived only when someone walks over to tell them. Visitor management software replaces all of that — but somebody has to build it first.
That was the starting point for Entry 2 Exit, a visitor management software provider in the UAE. They had no product yet — the whole platform needed to be built.
Acube built the core product, the whole platform, on Android, iOS / iPad and the web: visitor check-in and check-out, pre-registration with QR passes, host notifications, and ID and photo capture with logs. The product launched to market, and it is used at offices and corporates, factories and warehouses, and schools. The project was delivered before 2019.

Entry 2 Exit's challenge was the simplest and the hardest kind: there was nothing to improve, because nothing existed yet.

A visitor management product succeeds or fails at the front desk, so the build followed a visit from start to finish: invited in advance with a QR pass, checked in on arrival with ID or photo captured, the host notified, and checked out when they leave — with every step written to the log. Each feature is one step of that journey, which is why the product holds together as one thing rather than a list of screens.
Building for Android, iOS / iPad and the web at once meant Entry 2 Exit could sell to customers whatever devices their reception desks already used. And because Acube built the whole platform, the apps and the dashboard were designed to work together from the start. Acube has been in business since 2011, and 70% of our work comes by referral.
