A coaching brand's reputation is built in the classroom — but its growth is capped by the four walls of that room. The best teacher in the district can still only reach the students who can physically show up. Meanwhile, the candidate in a remote town who needs that teaching most has no seat, no commute that makes sense, and often no reliable internet either. Talent goes untapped, and the brand's growth flatlines at the size of its largest hall.
Competitive Cracker — a Kerala-based online coaching platform preparing candidates for PSC, KTET, SET, NET and bank exams — refused to accept that ceiling. It wanted to take its subject-expert, vernacular teaching to learners in remote regions where a physical seat was never an option, without losing the live, interactive feel that made its classes work. Acube built that platform in Flutter — one codebase, Android and iOS — and it scaled past 100K+ installs on Android.
Note: this is a mobile / Flutter product story, not an ERPNext implementation — the right stack for a high-scale, cross-platform consumer app.

Competitive Cracker
Educational technology — competitive exam coaching
Flutter e-learning app + web admin back end
lectures needed, in vernacular languages, at the same quality — not one or the other.
analytics on student progress and engagement, so teaching could improve.
subject-wise quizzes and mock exams that feel like the actual exam, not a quiz toy.
secure in-app purchases for content that pass app-store rules.
real-time interaction triggered by students mid-session, the way they'd raise a hand in class. > The cost of getting it wrong: an e-learning app that buffers on a 3G connection or feels like a static PDF reader gets uninstalled in a week. For the learners who need vernacular coaching most — often the ones with the weakest networks — performance is the product.
A comprehensive Flutter e-learning app with a web admin back end — engineered for live teaching, real testing and patchy connectivity:
| Feature | What it does — and why it matters |
|---|---|
| Live & recorded content | Video streaming and downloads, with playback optimised for low-bandwidth users — so a remote learner gets the same class as a city one. |
| Structured testing | Timed quizzes, mock exams and simulated test environments that build real exam-day confidence. |
| Interactive doubt-clearing | Real-time chat-based query resolution and follow-ups — the "raise your hand" moment, kept alive on mobile. |
| Secure purchases | In-app purchases for courses, integrated with Google Play and Apple payments and compliant with store rules. |
| Current affairs & question bank | Curated daily updates and a repository of past papers to keep candidates exam-ready. |
| Admin dashboard | Content upload, student monitoring, and analytics on progress and usage — the team runs the platform without touching code. |

, with strong user retention.
High-quality vernacular coaching delivered to students in remote regions who'd otherwise have no access.
Higher engagement through live interaction blended with recorded content.
A streamlined monetisation model via secure in-app payments and subscriptions.
powered by performance and usage analytics.
Flutter (single codebase for Android and iOS) · live video streaming + offline downloads tuned for low bandwidth · timed test engine · real-time chat for doubt-clearing · Google Play / Apple in-app purchases · web admin and analytics dashboard. Built to handle high install volumes and patchy connectivity — because the students who need it most are often the ones with the weakest networks.
If you're a coaching brand, edtech founder, institute or training company, your growth is capped by physical reach and your survival on app quality. A great mobile platform removes the first cap and a poorly built one creates a worse problem — uninstalls and one-star reviews. The two outcomes come from the same decision: who builds it.
The winning recipe is a cross-platform mobile app in Flutter for reach and speed, UI/UX design that keeps learners engaged and retained, and — once you're managing students, batches and fees at scale — education ERP behind the scenes. It's the same playbook we bring across the education sector, from coaching centres to institutes to edtech startups. And it's the same Flutter engineering that powered our BitSave fintech app — proof the stack scales beyond one category.

That was a core design goal. We optimised streaming and added offline downloads so learners in remote regions get a smooth experience even on weak networks.
