the government company operating Kochi Metro, and India's first publicly operated metro fully managed by women. KMRL needed to grow non-fare revenue by leasing commercial and office space inside metro stations, but the leasing operation ran on physical forms and spreadsheets with no clean audit trail. We built ERPNext property and lease management — property inventory, lease agreements, rent schedules, automated invoicing, renewals and occupancy dashboards — plus a tenant self-service app for applications, payments and maintenance requests. The result: a fully digitised lease lifecycle across dozens of commercial units with zero paper dependency, real-time occupancy insight, and faster collections.
the state-owned transport corporation carrying letters, parcels and government consignments across Kerala on its bus network. Its courier service ran on manual counters with no tracking, no customer portal and hand-calculated billing. In partnership with COFBA Networks we built a Courier Management System on ERPNext: booking, GPS-enabled tracking and notifications, an offline-capable dispatch and proof-of-delivery app, automated route-and-weight invoicing, and a customer portal. The system went live across ~46 depots and delivered ₹1 crore in courier-service profit in a short window post-launch.
a strategic defence manufacturing facility under the Indo-Russian joint venture. We built a secure, modular ERPNext system for finance and procurement: a structured purchase-request-to-payment lifecycle, integrated vendor quotations and comparative statements, budget-linked purchase orders, ledger-level audit logging, workflows mapped to defence-grade procurement norms, and controlled document access for sensitive roles. a national visa platform on ERPNext for diplomatic and special-category travellers: invitation-only application pathways, embassy-and-ministry clearance with e-signature approvals, unique visa IDs with encrypted QR codes, and an open verification module that lets an airport officer confirm validity in real time with no login at all.
