An example
A design researcher from Acube sits in a credit society's branch in Bantwal on a Thursday morning with a prototype of the member app on a phone. A retired teacher tries to check her deposit balance and cannot find it because the label reads in English; the designer notes it and switches the prototype to Kannada for the next person. A young trader completes a transfer in four taps but hesitates at the confirmation screen because the amount is shown in small type. A farmer from Vittal with a low-cost phone waits for a screen that loads slowly on his network. By noon there are a dozen notes, three of them serious, and the redesign begins that afternoon before a line of code is written.
