Wayanad sells an experience, and the first experience a guest has of a property or a tour is its screen. The visitor never learns that, because the design gave them no reason to stay.

A property with a valley view looks the same online as a lodge on the highway when both use the same template. Design built around your own photographs, your story and clear room information lets the real difference show.
Every extra field and unclear step sends a share of visitors back to the portal. We test booking and checkout flows on ordinary phones and slow connections, remove what is unnecessary, and make the price and the next step obvious.
Software for estate supervisors or collection agents is often designed for a city office worker. For first-time users we design large, plain screens in Malayalam or with icons, with few steps, so entries are made correctly without a manual.
An example
A couple in a Kalpetta hotel room are choosing tomorrow's outing with five tabs open on one phone. Our designer is at a homestay near Ambalavayal with the owner, watching a guest try the new prototype of the activity page. The guest wants to know whether the cave walk suits her mother, how long the climb is and what time to arrive; the page answers all three above the fold, and she picks a slot in two taps. She hesitates at the price, which is shown before the form and not after, and then books. The designer notes that the confirmation screen buries the meeting point and moves it up. Back in Kochi the change is in the prototype by evening, ready for the next guest to try.
Design work is collaborative and mostly remote, run by our designers in Kochi through shared prototypes you can click through on your own phone. We prefer one visit to Wayanad early on, to see the property or product and meet the people who will use the system. User testing is done with real guests, buyers or staff wherever possible, not only with our own team.
