Retail here spans centuries within a few kilometres. Seven in the evening at a sweet shop's second outlet, and the festival crowd is three deep. Both counters bill against the same stock, so neither cashier has to ask what is left of the ghee sweets. A box of mixed items is scanned, weighed, billed and paid by phone in under a minute. The central kitchen watches the outlet's stock fall through the evening and adds trays to tomorrow's production list without a call. At closing the cashier counts her drawer and closes her shift on the screen, the day's sales post to accounts with tax split out, and the owner, sitting at the older shop, already knows both totals.

The POS continues billing in offline mode and syncs invoices once the connection returns, so the queue is not held. Card and UPI payments depend on their own networks as always, and cash sales carry on regardless.
Usually yes. Standard USB and Bluetooth scanners, thermal receipt printers and label printers work with the POS. We check your existing hardware during setup and tell you plainly if a particular device will have to be replaced.
