The normal arrangement is remote, with visits for kick-off, reviews and critical releases. Where a period on site matters, for instance during an ERP rollout at a factory, tell us at the start and we will plan it in.
Every engagement runs under a non-disclosure agreement, and work is done in your repositories and environments with access you control. Code, data and designs belong to you from the first commit. When the engagement ends, access is withdrawn and the handover documented.
