Walk into a cashew factory on the Kundara road and you will find the real accounts in three places: a gate register for raw nut lorries, a supervisor's notebook of shelling and peeling output, and a Tally file kept by the accountant in town. Yes. A production entry can take one raw nut lot as input and return several kernel grades, shells and rejects as outputs, each with a value. Where your process needs more, such as output recorded per worker, we add it as a customisation agreed in scope before work starts.
