Shelling and peeling sections pay by the kilo, and the tally is kept on paper chits. A custom output entry per worker and section feeds wage calculation directly, so the payroll clerk stops re-adding chits and disputes are settled from a record.
Export buyers, inspection agencies and banks each want papers in a fixed layout. We build print formats for packing lists, lot certificates and commercial invoices that pull from the transaction, so the office stops keeping a folder of Word templates.
A purchase rate for raw nut or a discount to a Chamakada dealer is often approved in a chat message nobody can find later. Workflow rules route the document by value to the right person and record who approved it.
An example
Saturday morning at a cashew unit in Puthoor. Each section supervisor has weighed the week's peeled kernels per worker and entered the kilos on a custom screen at the scale. The payroll clerk runs the piece-rate calculation, which applies the agreed rate for each section, tops up to the minimum wage where needed, and deducts this week's advances. Printed slips reach the floor before lunch, and a worker who disputes her total is shown the daily entries against her name. The owner, at a buyer's office in Mundakkal, approves a raw nut rate from his phone through a workflow that records it.
