A full count in a component store can take days and stop issues to the line. With tagged reels and bins a handheld sweep covers the same racks in a fraction of the time, so counting becomes routine and variances are caught while they are small.

In the afternoon the line supervisor kits a new work order and the portal at the door confirms every item against the list.
