An example
An electronics assembler in Electronics City Phase I is three weeks into shadow mode. On Wednesday morning the receiving clerk scans the day's packing lists and supplier invoices as usual. By ten she has found that the system caught a duplicate invoice she had missed, and that it flagged a certificate of conformance with a lot number that did not match the delivery. One invoice in a new supplier's format is read correctly without a template. She notes the two exceptions and signs the day's comparison sheet, one more in the pile that decides whether the automation may post next month.
