Almost every business has backups. Very few have brought one back. We schedule automated copies, keep them away from the main server, and run restore drills, so the recovery time is a known figure before a failed disk or a ransomware note makes it urgent.
Flooding, voltage swings and long power failures are ordinary facts of life in low-lying Kochi, and an office server feels all three. A data centre removes the dependence on your building, and staff carry on from home or another branch when the office is shut.

When the power returns, the old machine in the cupboard is switched on once, checked, and then formally retired, because nothing has depended on it since Saturday.
A migration for an Ernakulam business opens with an inventory taken at your premises: servers, software, data volumes, internet links and who depends on what. We plan the move into a weekend or a holiday, rehearse it, and leave the old system untouched until the new one has proved itself.
