A spice house in Mattancherry has a container booked for a Thursday sailing. On Tuesday the export desk confirms the sales order in ERPNext; the lots are already reserved by grade from the godown. Wednesday morning the packing list, commercial invoice and GST export invoice print from that one order, with the buyer's currency and the LUT reference in place. The transporter's e-way bill is raised as the lorry loads for Vallarpadam. When the customs agent's bill arrives on Friday it is posted against the shipment, and the owner sees the margin on that container the same afternoon, not at the audit.
