Alappuzha shares Kerala's deep habit of schooling. Yes. The system integrates with a payment gateway so that parents, including those overseas, can pay by card, net banking or UPI and receive a receipt immediately. Payments update the student's ledger and the accounts without manual entry.
Salaries paid by the government are outside the system, but management-paid staff, daily wage workers and guest teachers can be processed in it. Many aided institutions use the ERP mainly for students, fees and accounts. PTA and management funds can be accounted separately.
