Spice and coffee lots arrive with moisture, grade and origin that decide the price. We add these as batch attributes with a purchase screen that captures them at the weighbridge, so stock reports and sale prices reflect grade, not just kilograms.
Dealers and hospitals often insist on a particular invoice or delivery note layout. Rebuilding formats in Word after each bill defeats the purpose. We design print formats in ERPNext that match what your customers already accept, with GST details placed correctly.

A lorry from Wayanad backs up to a spice dealer's godown in the city. The lot's batch number carries those attributes wherever it goes. Cleaning takes out dust and stalk, and the loss is booked as a process step rather than left to look like a shortage. By afternoon a buyer in the Gulf asks for a particular grade; the sales clerk filters stock by moisture and quotes from lots that exist. The commission agent's account updates from the same purchase. The custom app sits beside ERPNext, so next year's upgrade leaves it untouched.
