When billing stops at a Kozhikode wholesale counter, the queue of lorries does not wait; an ERPNext support contract decides how fast someone answers.

An example
It is the wedding season on S.M. Street and a textile shop's ERPNext billing slows to a crawl at the busiest hour. The cashier rings the support number printed beside the till. An engineer in Kochi is already looking at the server: monitoring flagged a disk filling with old backup files an hour earlier and a ticket was open before the shop noticed. The clean-up runs and billing picks up speed while the queue is still short. Later the accountant asks why an e-invoice failed; the same engineer finds an expired portal credential and walks her through renewing it on a screen-share. On Monday a summary reaches the owner: what happened, what was done, what will stop it recurring.
Going live is the easy part to remember. The harder part comes months later: a new GST rule, a user who left without handing over, a report that was right last quarter and wrong this one, a server that fills up on a Saturday. Businesses in Kozhikode that adopted ERPNext early often did so through a freelancer or an in-house enthusiast, and the support question arrives when that person moves on.
An annual maintenance contract with Acube covers the running system: a helpdesk your users can reach, monitoring and backups, version upgrades, small changes and refresher training. It applies whether we implemented your ERPNext or someone else did, at Cyberpark, on S.M. Street or in a shed at the Perambra estate.

Many firms around Cyberpark and the city depend on a single staff member who understands their ERPNext. When that person resigns, knowledge goes too. A support contract starts with documenting your setup so the system no longer lives in one head.
A backup that has never been restored is a hope, not a backup. We schedule automated backups, keep copies away from the main server and run restore drills, so a disk failure costs hours and not a financial year.
Sites left untouched for years miss compliance updates and security fixes. We plan upgrades in stages on a copy of your data, test your custom reports and print formats, and move the live site only when the copy behaves.
Support for a Kozhikode customer is mostly remote by design: tickets, calls and screen sharing resolve the majority of issues faster than travel would. Each contract has named engineers who learn your setup. When something needs hands on site, such as retraining a new batch of users or reviewing a process that has drifted, we travel from Kochi and spend the day with your team.
Understand your setup. We review your ERPNext version, customisations, hosting and backups.
Choose ad-hoc or AMC. Pay as you go, or a fixed plan with priority response; we recommend honestly.
Defined response times. A response-time agreement tied to severity, and a named point of contact.
Keep it healthy. Monitoring, tested backups, safe upgrades and training as the business changes.
The scope and timeline are agreed in writing before work starts.
IT/ITeS (Cyberpark)
Software and services firms need projects, timesheets, recurring invoices and payroll to keep working while their own engineers focus on client delivery. We look after their ERPNext so nobody senior is pulled away to fix it.
Wholesale and retail trade
For traders the priority is uptime at the billing desk and clean GST data. Support covers user issues during trading hours, e-invoice and e-way bill errors, and month-end queries from the accountant.
Food processing and bakery
Production and dispatch start before dawn. We agree support hours that match the shift pattern, keep batch and expiry reports accurate, and handle changes when a new product line or delivery route is added.
Yes. We begin with a health check covering version, hosting, backups, custom code and user roles, and give you a written list of risks. Support starts once the urgent items are dealt with.
Helpdesk support for users, bug fixes, monitoring, backups, security patches, planned version upgrades and an agreed allowance for minor changes. Larger developments are scoped separately. Response times and hours are written into the contract, not left to goodwill.
It is workable, but an on-premise machine in a shop is exposed to power cuts, heat and theft. We can support it as it is, and we will also show you what moving to cloud hosting would involve so you can decide with the facts in hand.
It depends on the support you choose. Ad-hoc support is billed by the hour as you need it. An AMC is one planned fee, quoted in writing after we review your setup, your users and your customisations, and it includes priority response and scheduled upgrades.
You speak to someone who does this work, not a call centre. They ask about your ERPNext version, customisations, hosting and what is going wrong today. If it looks like a fit, we agree the scope and put it in writing, with the timeline, before any work starts. If it does not, we tell you.

The state-government IT park at Nellikkode, set up in 2009 to serve northern Kerala, houses services firms whose own engineers are billed to clients; their ERPNext has to be somebody else's job to keep running.
