Also serving Palghat
An ERP at a Kanjikode plant that nobody maintains slides back to Excel within a year; a support contract keeps it used, current and answering questions.

Trusted by 200+ organisations across India & overseas — including

Go-live is the easy day. The hard part comes eight months later, when the accountant who was trained has left, a GST rule has changed, the server is slow at month end and the person who installed ERPNext no longer answers the phone. Palakkad has its share of such systems, in mills, factories and distribution firms, working at half their value because nobody owns their upkeep.
An annual maintenance contract with Acube gives the system an owner. A named support team handles user questions, fixes errors, applies updates and statutory changes, monitors backups and makes small improvements through the year. It covers ERPNext sites we implemented and sites we did not. For a Palghat business the practical gain is that problems get an answer the same working day, from people who know the setup.

Freelancers and small vendors set up many ERPNext systems and then move on. When an error appears, there is nobody to call. We take over such systems after a health check that documents the version, the custom code, the server and the backups, so support begins from known ground.
During paddy procurement a rice mill may post more purchase entries in a fortnight than in the previous quarter. A slow report or a locked document then costs real money. Support before and through the season, with someone watching server load, keeps the gate and the accounts desk moving.
GST return formats, e-invoice limits, TDS rates and PF rules change, and an untouched ERP falls out of step. Accountants then start keeping parallel sheets. Under AMC, statutory updates are tested and applied as they are released, so the books in ERPNext remain the books you file from.
Manufacturing and engineering (Kanjikode)
Plants running shifts need support that understands work orders and stock valuation, not only login resets. We handle stuck production entries, negative stock errors, costing questions and new report requests, with priority response for anything that stops dispatch.
Rice milling and agro-processing
Pre-season checks of masters, pricing and user access, quick help at the weighbridge and purchase desk while procurement is on, and a calm period afterwards for the improvements people noted during the rush.
FMCG and food processing
Help with batch and expiry issues, scheme and pricing updates before they go to distributors, training for new users as sales staff change, and month-end assistance so that stock and accounts close together.
Support is delivered remotely from Kochi through a ticket desk, phone and screen sharing, which is how most issues are solved fastest. For Palakkad customers we add planned visits: a periodic review at your premises, refresher training when staff turn over, and on-site help for upgrades that change how screens look. If something serious happens, the road from Kochi is short enough for us to be there.

Yes. We start with a paid health check of the installation: version, custom apps, server, backups and data quality. You get a written note of what we found and what should be fixed first. After that the system comes under the same support terms as one we implemented ourselves.
User support, bug fixes, version updates and security patches, statutory changes, backup monitoring, and a set allowance of small changes such as a new report or print format. Larger developments are scoped separately. The contract states response times by severity, so a stopped dispatch is treated differently from a cosmetic request.
Yes. Our support staff speak Malayalam, and that matters in Palakkad, where stores and gate staff may not be fluent in English. For Tamil-speaking users near the Walayar border we manage with simple language, screen sharing and, where it helps, translated field labels inside ERPNext.
