Stock in Thrissur is rarely simple. Tiles arrive in boxes, are quoted in square feet and must be delivered from a single shade lot or the customer's floor will not match. Ayurveda manufacturers hold roots, barks and oils that vary by season and spoil with time. Plywood is stacked by thickness, grade and brand across two or three godowns.
