Also serving Trichur
Central Kerala's shops are stocked from Thrissur: plywood and tiles from its godowns, provisions from Sakthan market, notebooks from Kunnamkulam. Credit, not selling, is where these wholesalers struggle.

Trusted by 200+ organisations across India & overseas — including

Thrissur sits between Kochi and Palakkad on the trunk highway, and its wholesalers have long supplied retailers across the middle of the state. Plywood and hardware dealers serve carpenters and builders. Tile distributors supply showrooms in smaller towns. The Sakthan Thampuran Nagar market area handles provisions and produce, Kunnamkulam its notebooks and stationery, and ayurveda companies move medicines through stockists. Selling is rarely their problem. Knowing who owes what, which stock is ageing and which salesman's route pays is.
Wholesale and distribution software on ERPNext handles price lists by customer class, quotations and orders, credit limits, batch-wise stock across godowns, delivery planning, salesman and route tracking, collections, and GST invoicing with e-way bills. Receivables, stock and profit are read from one system instead of three.

A retailer in Wadakkanchery who is already overdue gets another load because the salesman did not know. Credit limits and overdue checks on the sales order stop the dispatch, or send it for the owner's approval, before the goods are on the lorry.
Discontinued laminates and last season's tile designs sit behind the fast movers for years. A stock ageing report by batch and brand shows what has not moved, so it can be discounted, returned to the supplier or bundled while it still has value.
Supplier schemes, slab discounts and special rates for large dealers are remembered, not recorded. Pricing rules by customer group, quantity and period put the agreed rate on the invoice automatically, and the credit note for a scheme is computed from actual sales.
An example
It is late May at a stationery wholesaler in Kunnamkulam, the weeks when school-supply orders arrive from every direction before the reopening. A salesman on his route through Wadakkanchery books an order at a bookshop on his phone; the screen shows him the shop's outstanding and the school-season price list before he confirms it. The order reaches the godown desk in Kunnamkulam at once. One shop's order is held because its account is over its credit limit, and the owner approves it with a note after a call. The godown picks by batch, the delivery run towards the Palakkad side is grouped with two other drops along the highway, and the e-way bill prints with the invoice. In the evening the owner reads the day's collections against dispatches and sees which route paid for itself and which salesman spent the day driving.
We spend the first visit in your Thrissur sales desk and godown, following an order from the salesman's call to the cash in the bank. Customer and item masters, outstanding bills and opening stock are then migrated from Tally or your present software. Salesmen are trained on the mobile order screen in small groups, and we stay close through the first month of collections.
Discovery. Your customers, price lists, routes, warehouses and how orders are taken.
Blueprint and fixed scope. A clear plan, the deliverables and the timeline, agreed in writing before configuration starts.
Configuration. Price lists, schemes, sales orders, delivery, credit limits and collections.
Data migration. Customers, items, price lists, opening stock and outstanding balances.
Training, go-live and support. Your team tests on real data, we stand beside you at launch, then support continues under a plan.
The scope and timeline are agreed in writing before work starts.
Timber, plywood and furniture
Stock by brand, grade and thickness across godowns, dealer-wise price lists, order booking by the salesman on a phone, dispatch planning by route towards Chalakudy or Kunnamkulam, and receivables ageing per dealer with reminders.
Tiles and ceramics
Container and lorry-load purchases from distant factories costed with freight, shade-lot stock visible to every sales desk, reservations against dealer orders, and breakage claims tracked with the supplier.
Ayurveda and wellness
Batch and expiry-wise distribution to stockists and clinics, near-expiry alerts and return handling, scheme billing for bulk orders, and inter-state invoices for distributors outside Kerala.
Yes. A salesman sees the dealer's outstanding, the applicable price list and available stock, and books the order on the spot. It arrives at the Thrissur sales desk immediately for credit check and dispatch planning, instead of being read out over the phone in the evening.
Yes. Wholesale invoices and point-of-sale bills draw on the same stock with different price lists. Counter sales can be in cash with simple billing while dealer sales go through orders, credit checks and delivery notes. Accounts and GST reports cover both.
Purchase schemes are recorded as pricing rules or tracked against supplier targets, and the expected credit is compared with what the supplier actually passes on. On the sales side, dealer schemes are applied by rule, so year-end settlements come from data, not negotiation.
After a first conversation about your customers, price lists, warehouses and how orders are taken today, we agree the scope and send you a written quotation. The price, the deliverables and the timeline are fixed against that scope before any work starts, so nothing grows without your sign-off.
You speak to someone who does this work, not a call centre. They ask about how orders come in, how you price and how collections are followed up. If it looks like a fit, we agree the scope and put it in writing, with the timeline, before any work starts. If it does not, we tell you.

business district with the city vegetable and fish markets, a major bus stand and bank and company offices
The business district's vegetable and provisions markets are where produce and grocery wholesalers extend daily credit to small retailers, and where receivables ageing matters more than any sales report.
