Also serving Kasargod
Credit in Kasaragod flows through cooperative societies, gold loan counters and self-help groups serving farming and trading families. Lending software keeps those small loans from slipping unseen into default.

Trusted by 200+ organisations across India & overseas — including

Overdues are discovered when the auditor lists them.
Ageing and classification update daily, and a field officer sees his own list each morning.
Field collections are receipted on paper and posted days later.
Receipts are raised on a phone at the doorstep and reach the account the same hour.
Each new loan type needs a fresh set of manual workings.
A product is defined once, with its rate, schedule and charges, and applies itself thereafter.
A lender with a few hundred accounts can hold them in a ledger and a memory. At a few thousand, spread across panchayats and collected partly in cash, the ledger stops telling anyone what is actually happening until an audit does.
Loan and lending management on ERPNext runs the whole cycle: application, appraisal, sanction, disbursement, repayment schedule, interest accrual, penal charges, collections, collateral and closure, with every entry posting to the accounts. Products are configurable, so a crop loan, a gold loan and a weekly group loan can run side by side, and ageing is a report rather than a month-end exercise.

An example
A field officer starts a round through the Parappa area on a Tuesday with the day's list already on his phone: who is due, who is late, who promised a date last week. At each stop he records the amount, issues a printed or messaged receipt and moves on. Where the borrower asks for time, he notes the reason and the date promised, and it appears on next week's list. By the time he reaches the branch, the day's collection has already been accounted and the cash he carries can be counted against a figure the system produced, not one he wrote down.
The first work is definition, not software: every product written down with its rate, schedule, charges and classification rules, agreed by your board or management. Migration of live accounts is done with balances reconciled loan by loan. Branch and field staff are trained on site, and we support the first full month of collections and the first classification run closely.
Discovery. Your loan products, interest methods, collection routine and reporting.
Blueprint and fixed scope. A clear plan, the deliverables and the timeline, agreed in writing before configuration starts.
Configuration. Loan products, schedules, disbursement, repayment, collections and the books behind them.
Data migration. Borrowers and running loans with their schedules and outstanding balances.
Training, go-live and support. Your team tests on real data, we stand beside you at launch, then support continues under a plan.
The scope and timeline are agreed in writing before work starts.
Coconut and arecanut farming
Crop and cultivation loans with seasonal schedules, security over produce or land documents, and interest workings that hold up when a repayment falls in a different quarter.
Retail and trading
Working capital and vehicle loans to small traders, with cheque and mandate handling, overdue tracking by branch, and one view of a customer who holds more than one facility.
Beedi and small manufacturing
Group and individual lending to workers and small producers, with weekly collection schedules, group-wise attendance and a clean per-member record inside a shared liability.
Yes. Rate, rest, schedule type, charges, penal interest and classification are all settings rather than code. New products are added without development, which is what keeps a lender able to respond when the market changes.
For a cooperative society, a microfinance operation or a finance firm, it covers lending end to end with accounts underneath. It is not a bank's core system, and where you are regulated as a bank we would say so rather than stretch the claim.
Integrations are possible where the provider gives an interface, and we have built them elsewhere. Each is scoped separately, because the work depends entirely on what the other side supports and what your licence permits.
After a first conversation about your loan products, branches and the volume of running loans, we agree the scope and send you a written quotation. The price, the deliverables and the timeline are fixed against that scope before any work starts, so nothing grows without your sign-off.
You speak to someone who does this work, not a call centre. They ask about your loan products, how collections run and what you use today. If it looks like a fit, we agree the scope and put it in writing, with the timeline, before any work starts. If it does not, we tell you.
Parappa Block Panchayatlocal body
The inland blocks hold scattered farming households whose repayments follow the crop rather than the calendar, which is what a rigid schedule misreads as default.

Kasaragod's second town concentrates trading customers and gold loan counters, where several small facilities to one family need to be visible together.
