Design cannot be done well from a distance alone, so we spend time with your users in Kannur at the start: watching a counter, sitting with members, interviewing a few customers. Yes. Malayalam text is longer and taller than English, so screens must be designed for it from the start and not translated afterwards. We choose fonts that render well on low-end Android phones and test labels with native readers.
We start with a usability review: a few users attempt key tasks while we observe. If they succeed easily, we will say the design is fine. If they struggle, the review shows exactly where, and the redesign is limited to those points.
