Showrooms in Guruvayur or Kodungallur connecting to a server in the main Thrissur shop depend on that one broadband line. With the application in the cloud, each branch needs only its own internet connection, and a fault at one site does not stop the others from billing.
A nightly copy to a drive kept in the same building protects against very little. We set up automated backups to a separate location, retain them on a schedule, and restore one periodically to prove it works, with the result reported to you.

At the main shop the staff bill from a laptop on mobile data until the power returns. That night the scheduled backup runs, the monitoring shows a clean day, and the owner receives the monthly report confirming the last backup could be restored within the agreed window.
A migration is planned, rehearsed and then done.
