The institutions of Thrissur have unusually broad customer bases. The same finance company serves a college student taking a first gold loan and a retired teacher renewing a deposit. The same jewellery app must work for a bride's tech-fluent cousin and for her grandfather who pays the scheme instalment. Software designed by developers for developers fails the second group every time, and they are often the better customers.
UI/UX design at Acube starts with those users. We research how they actually complete a task, map the journey, wireframe and prototype the screens, test them with real people, and hand developers a design system they can build from. We design customer apps, web portals, internal tools and ERP screens, in English and Malayalam.
Small grey text, icons without labels and six-step payments lose older customers. We design with larger type, plain Malayalam labels, fewer decisions per screen and clear confirmation, then watch people in the target age group try it before a line of code is written.
A loan officer who enters the same customer details on four screens will find shortcuts, and shortcuts cause errors. Redesigning an internal workflow around the order in which information really arrives can shorten each application and reduce corrections at head office.
Jewellery sells on detail, yet many sites show small, slow images with no weight or price guidance. Good catalogue design gives large photographs, filters by occasion and weight range, and an easy path from browsing to a showroom appointment.

Yes. We design bilingual interfaces and treat Malayalam as a first-class language, not a translation pasted in afterwards. Malayalam words are often longer than their English equivalents, so layouts, buttons and font choices are planned for both from the first wireframe.
