It is a fair concern. ERPNext is light on bandwidth, and a second connection from a different provider or a mobile data fallback covers most outages. We check your actual connectivity before recommending a move, and say so if a hybrid setup suits your Coimbatore unit better.

An example
On a Tuesday afternoon the power fails across the SIDCO estate at Kurichi, as it does most weeks in summer. In one engineering unit the accounts room goes dark and nobody looks up, because the ERPNext they moved to the cloud the previous month is still running, and the storekeeper carries on scanning receipts on his phone over mobile data. The owner, visiting a supplier in Annur, checks the morning's despatches from his car. Overnight the automated backup completes and a restore test runs on a separate copy, and the result is in the engineer's inbox in Kochi by morning. At the end of the month the same engineer sends a short note on the cloud bill: one oversized test server has been switched off, and nothing else has changed.
