An appliance dealer on 100 Feet Road in Gandhipuram opens the brand's app on a Tuesday morning, sees the festival scheme that came into force overnight and his own outstanding, and places an order for grinders and mixers between two customers. At the factory near Ganapathy the order appears as a sales order with the scheme already applied, and the despatch clerk plans the lorry for the afternoon. Across town a technician finishes a warranty call in a flat in Saravanampatti, scans the serial number, photographs the replaced coupling and closes the job before the lift arrives. The signal is weak in the stairwell, so the app syncs when he reaches the road. Nobody in the office types any of it.

For dealer, service and ordering apps, Flutter is usually the sensible choice: one codebase, both platforms, lower maintenance. Native development makes sense when the app depends heavily on device hardware or very demanding graphics. We recommend after seeing the requirement, not before.
