On a Tuesday morning two designers sit in a dealer's shop on Mettupalayam Road with a clickable prototype of a pump selector on a tablet. The dealer's assistant, who has never used the old tool, is asked to find a set for a farmer whose borewell depth and field size he knows. He taps through four plain questions, reaches a shortlist and says that is the one he would sell. The designers note the one screen where he paused, change the label that afternoon, and test again with a second dealer near Ganapathy before the day ends. Back in Kochi the component library is updated, and the developers building the portal for the motor maker on the Kalapatti estate get the corrected screens the next morning.

Yes. Many engagements are design only. We hand over a design system, annotated screens and a prototype, and stay available while your team builds, to answer questions and review the result against the design.
Yes. Standard ERP screens carry more than an operator needs. We design simplified entry screens for tablets and kiosks, with large targets and minimal typing, which our ERPNext developers or yours can then implement on the Frappe framework.
With a clickable prototype put in front of five or six real users. We give them tasks, watch without helping, and note where they hesitate. For a Coimbatore dealer portal, that means actual dealers. Problems found here are far less costly than after development.
