The report is back to normal before the team returns. In the evening the e-way bill integration is checked because the portal changed a field last week.
Support is remote by nature, so the distance between Kochi and Hyderabad matters very little. Tickets are raised by email, phone or WhatsApp, tracked in a helpdesk, and worked through secure access to your server. If an upgrade or a retraining exercise needs people in a room, a visit is planned well ahead. You deal with named engineers who have read your system's documentation.
