Yes. Many engagements are design only: we hand over research findings, prototypes, final screens and a component library, and your team builds. We stay available through development to answer questions and review the built screens against the design.
Remote usability sessions work well. A user shares their screen, attempts set tasks on the prototype and thinks aloud while we record. For users who are not comfortable on video, such as shop-floor or counter staff, we run sessions during an on-site visit.
