Each is asked to complete a prototype application while we watch. Three hesitate at the same screen: the camera prompt appears before the instruction, and two upload the wrong side of the card. One switches the phone to Telugu and a button label wraps onto three lines. By evening the findings are written up with screenshots and the fixes drawn, and the developers on Hill 4 start the next sprint from a prototype that has already been through real hands.
