More detail
One agreement per company: which programs and batches, how many seats at what price — per seat or a lump sum — what share the company pays, and how it is billed. Sales drafts it; the Accounts Manager approves it before any invoice goes out.
| How it works | |
|---|---|
| A closed batch | A whole batch booked by one company, on its own timetable |
| Sponsored seats | Seats in your open batches, the company paying its share of each trainee's fee and the trainee the rest |
GST invoices go to the company by the milestones you agree — an advance at batch start and the balance on completion, for example — or per trainee, with a trainee annexure. TDS deducted by the company is recorded on payment, so receivables reconcile.
Each client's HR team gets its own login, limited to the staff they sponsor:
Government fee schemes and company CSR scholarships work the same way as a corporate sponsor: the scheme's share comes off the student's instalments when it is sanctioned, and the scheme body is invoiced for it.
