More detail
Each program has a fee and an instalment plan — 60/40, quarterly or your own split — set once and applied at admission. A centre can carry its own program prices if you want them.
Every night, instalments falling due are invoiced a set number of days before their due date, with the right GST. Every student gets a result — raised, or failed with the reason — so nothing slips silently. One click raises a batch's next instalment early when you need it.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| Open my day | The cashier counts the float in the drawer before the first payment |
| Chase | Today's calls and reminders for what is due |
| Take payments | Cash, UPI, card, bank transfer or cheque — or two modes at once — against one or several instalments |
| Payouts | Claims and petty cash, within the limit you set |
| Deposit | Cheques to the bank, tracked until they clear or come back |
| Close my day | Count the drawer, hand over the cash, and the day goes to the manager by email |
Find any student by name, student ID or mobile with what they owe. A small screen at the counter, facing the payer, shows only the payment being taken — with a UPI QR code carrying the amount, if you use UPI.
Branded, numbered, with your GSTIN, the amount in words and the balance left. A mistake can be undone within a short window you set; after that, a correction goes through approval and leaves a trail.
Students and parents can pay from their app through Razorpay. Each payment is matched to the invoice it pays, and Razorpay's settlements are reconciled into the bank.
Dues are aged — not yet due, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days — by batch and instalment. Reminders go before the due date, on the day, then weekly while overdue, with copies to parents. Fee dues and collections export to Excel or PDF in one click.
Government fee schemes, company CSR scholarships and your own scholarships. You write the eligibility questions, so it works in any state or country. When a scheme is sanctioned, its share comes off the student's instalments and the scheme body is invoiced for it.
Every receipt, credit note and deposit posts to ERPNext accounting the moment it is made. Nobody re-enters a fee in the books, and the GST registers are ready for your accountant.
