More detail
Each course can have self-paced lessons — video links, readings, files, and links to quizzes and assignments — grouped in chapters. Every batch with the course sees what is published, and the portal counts what each student has done. Programs with no timetable run on demand: students learn at their own pace for an access period, and signed-in students see a course catalogue of what else the institute offers.
Trainers share notes, slides and links per course and set assignments for their batches. Students hand in work in the portal; the trainer marks it, or returns it for rework with a note.
Each submission is compared with classmates' work and with earlier batches. Copied work is flagged for the trainer to look at.
Each course has a question bank — single choice, multiple choice and true or false — all marked automatically. A quiz takes questions from the bank for one or more batches, with its own times and rules. Practice quizzes are for learning; graded ones count as coursework. Per-question results show which topics the class didn't get.
Optional checks, switched on per quiz:
Students ask questions about a course or one lesson, and start discussions. Everyone taking the course — every batch, past and present — can read them and reply; a trainer's reply marks a question answered.
Course feedback at the last class, batch feedback before the end, alumni feedback months later. Answers are anonymous to trainers and the coordinator, and results appear only once enough students have answered. You get an alert when a score drops, and a survey can be required before results or the certificate.

Optional per quiz: start only with the trainer's code, one question at a time against the clock, tab switches logged, and webcam photos with the student's consent.
