More detail
A centre is a place you teach from. Its batches, rooms, enquiries, students, fees and staff belong to it, and every invoice and payment carries it. Staff who belong to one centre work in that centre only; people who work across centres choose which one they see.
People who work for more than one centre switch between them — or choose All centres — from the top of every screen. Every list, figure and new record follows the choice, so the same dashboards and reports answer for one centre or the whole institute.
| Per centre, if you want it | |
|---|---|
| Cash and bank | Each centre's own cash and bank accounts, and its own counter drawers |
| Invoice series | A numbering series per centre |
| Program prices | A centre can charge its own price for a program |
Centres in the same country share one company. A branch abroad is normally a separate company with its own currency, taxes and books, created from the centre form. Notices to students and guardians can go in Arabic for those who choose it.
Owners, directors and branch heads see the whole institute on one page: enquiries and admissions, money, academics and outcomes, each against the period before and against the monthly targets. Every figure opens the records behind it. Nothing can be changed from it — it is for reading and deciding.
A student can move to a batch at another centre through the same transfer and approval as any batch change. If the office still holds their original documents, the move waits until they are returned or a reason is given.
