A checklist shows exactly what is done and what is left — every course passed, attendance above the minimum, no fees due, the logbook complete — so the certificate is never a surprise.
Placement drives they qualify for, interview slots to book, offers to accept, and their skills and résumé for recruiters. When their certificate is posted, "On its way" appears on their home screen with a Track button.
The counselor or coordinator gives a guardian access, and the student is told whenever access changes.
